Review of “The Secret Anorexic Diet”

There are quite a number of diet fads to date. Some if these diet plans were the creations of fitness gurus while some are by people who have found a secret way to lose weight.

What makes a good diet plan? For me, a diet plan must promote total health and at the same time help eliminate fat. The diet plan must be natural and does not require the person to spend a lot.

This is why I find the Secret Anorexic Diet of Lizzie Miller one of the most effective diet plans.

Unlike what some uninformed people say about the secret anorexic diet, Lizzie Miller does not promote starvation and deprivation of food. The diet plan was named such because it mimics the diet of an anorexic or someone who has anorexia, an eating disorder. However, instead of food deprivation, the one who is dieting is encouraged to eat foods that nourish the body but at the same time help it burn fat fast.

Scientists from the University of Florida made a study and concluded that the shedding of weight quickly is the best way to achieve results. A lot of people think that starving oneself is the fastest way to lose weight. This thinking is wrong because the more you deprive yourself of food, the more your body will crave for food.

The secret anorexic diet is one of the weight loss methods that help you lose weight fast because aside from promoting the consumption of food that can burn fat, it also encourages daily exercises to speed up the fat burn process. The diet plan also encourages dieters to drink lots of water to as a natural detox agent.

Thousands of women all over the world have achieved their goal of having the perfect slim figure with the help of Lizzie Miller’s diet plan. If your current diet plan has not solved your weight problems, maybe the secret anorexic diet is what you need.

Why The Secret Anorexic Diet Works

A lot of people are doubtful about the Secret Anorexic Diet by Lizzie Miller. And the talks about the diet plan promoting anorexia are not helping either.

To once and for all clear the air, the secret anorexic diet does not promote anorexia. It was named as such because it mimics the diet of anorexics but takes very good care that the person who is dieting does not develop anorexia.

Anorexia is an eating disorder wherein the sufferer deprives himself or herself of food to lose weight. And even when these people are already paper thin, they still think that they are too fat, which makes the disease a psychological disorder, too.

Why do I say that the secret anorexic diet does not promote anorexia? Well, does a diet plan that promotes the consumption of healthy food and living a healthy lifestyle sound like something that promotes an eating and psychological disorder? Definitely not!

This diet plan will help you end your weight problems because of the following reasons:

IT ENCOURAGES YOU TO EAT HEALTHY. People gain weight because they eat the wrong kinds of food. This diet plan will teach you to eat foods that are tasty and nutritious but do not add up to the fat that your body already has.

IT ENCOURAGES YOU TO EAT FIBER-RICH FOODS. Foods that are rich in fiber are good for the body because it aids in the elimination of wastes as well as regulate the blood sugar levels, which prevents cravings.

IT ENCOURAGES THE CONSUMPTION OF WATER. The presences of toxins in the body are one of the things that slow it down. Drinking lots of water is a natural detoxification method and will also make you feel full longer.

IT ENCOURAGES THE USE OF MONOUNSATURATED FATS. There are fats that are good for the body and these are monounsaturated fats, like the ones found in extra virgin olive oil, that can help you burn calories.

How The Secret Anorexic Diet Changed My Life

Weight gain is one of the problems when you reach the 30s, so much more so when you have children.

Just because I already had a family did not mean that I will allow myself to get all fat so I tried every diet plan known to man. My efforts to get to the weight I so desired were, however, futile because my weight kept yo-yoing – I lose some weight now but in a few months, gain in back again.

My desperation led me to read about a diet fad that is causing a stir in the Internet. This was how I got to know about the Secret Anorexic Diet by Lizzie Miller.

I was apprehensive at first. I thought that the secret anorexic diet was promoting anorexia nervosa because of its name. But I went on to read more about it anyway because I was really desperate to lose weight.

It was then that I found out that the diet plan does not promote anorexia but rather, it promotes healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle. It frowns upon starvation as a way to lose weight and even encourages the dieter to eat the food he or she likes as long as he or she does so in moderation.

Healthy eating meant that the bulk of your diet will be composed of food that give the body the nourishment it needs but does not add up to the fat that your body already has. These types of food also increase your metabolism rate, helping your body burn fat, too.

The secret anorexic diet also promotes healthy lifestyle such as regular exercises so your body will be in top shape while you are dieting.

It has been six months since I tried Lizzie’s secret diet plan and I am now in the weight that I desire. Looking this way is really a confidence booster but the benefits of the diet plan do not end there. I do not just look good, I feel good, too.
